Why the need for Mentoring?

How does it work?
Pete’s mentoring sessions are mainly over Zoom or depending on location they can be arranged in person. We would ask you to provide an agenda prior to each session to make sure we maximise both yours and Pete’s time. Mentoring can either be just for yourself or can be with a small team.
